Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Reservations:

    • All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

    • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  2. Payment:

    • Full payment is due before the commencement of the tour.

    • Payments can be made in Ghanaian Cedis or other agreed-upon currencies.

    • Heshima Tours Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received by the specified date.

  3. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.

    • The refund policy is outlined in accordance with the time of cancellation and our cancellation policy.

  4. Visas and Travel Documents:

    • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary visas and travel documents.

    • Heshima Tours Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

  5. Health and Insurance:

    • Travelers are advised to check and comply with health and vaccination requirements for Ghana.

    • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Itinerary Changes:

    • Heshima Tours Ltd reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

    • Any changes will be communicated to travelers as soon as possible.

  7. Accommodations:

    • Accommodations are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or higher standard.

    • Any specific requests should be communicated in advance but are not guaranteed.

  8. Responsibility and Liability:

    • Heshima Tours Ltd acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers.

    • Travelers participate in tours and activities at their own risk.

  9. Force Majeure:

    • Heshima Tours Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

  10. Code of Conduct:

    • Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws and customs.

    • Heshima Tours Ltd reserves the right to terminate services for any traveler not complying with these guidelines.

  11. Complaints:

    • Any complaints or issues should be brought to the attention of Heshima Tours Ltd promptly to allow for resolution during the tour.

By booking a tour with Heshima Tours Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and the most recent version will be applicable to all bookings.
